Third-grade student Alex Rowley from Celina West Elementary School and a friend enjoy a cool blast of water from a fire truck during the Ultimate After-School Party on Thursday along Lakeshore Drive. Free music, pizza, soft drinks and prizes, as well as 20,000 water balloons, were offered to all Celina school students by the Celina Police Department on the final day of school.
