* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Mendon festival fun

Kim Miesse of Celina and her daughter Elle, 22 months, pet a two-week-old donkey on Friday during the Mendon Firecracker Festival. The petting zoo was provided by Aunt Lucinda's Barnyard Animals. The festival, which is sponsored by the Mendon Lions Club, continues today at the former school grounds.
