* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

Brushing up on history

Taylor Bates, front, and Trey Stover, employees of Bryan Sutton Painting, Rockford, paint the Mercer County Historical Museum in Celina this morning. County commissioners in May accepted a bid of $5,200 from the company to pressure wash, prime and paint the building. The expense is being covered by the Mercer County Civic Foundation, which has an account reserved for museum upkeep.
