The gallon of dairy cattle milk was shown by Jay Uhlenhake, the son of Barb Uhlenhake and a member of Philothea Hustlers. The milk proceeds are shared by the winning exhibitors, all other exhibitors not selling another species, the livestock auction committee for expenses and dairy exhibitor fund.
