* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

New playground equipment

Volunteers finish the last details associated with the installation of a new toy at Minster Elementary School. Two crews of 35 volunteers spent part of Sunday doing the work under the supervision of Snider & Associates Inc. The playground project and outdoor learning classroom, which involves collaboration between school and village officials, will be done in phases.
