Rosalind McAfee
Rosalind McAfee, 51, Portland, Ind., died Sept. 26, 2012, at the I.U. Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
She was born Oct. 25, 1960, in Adams County, to George and Deloris Butcher Meehan. Her father survives in Portland.
On April 23, 1983, she married Michael McAfee, who survives.
Also surviving are her father; a daughter, Marcy McAfee, Portland; a stepdaughter, Mandy Nichols, Portland; a brother, John (Janie) Meehan, Portland; and two step-grandchildren.
She graduated from Jay County High School in 1978, and co-owned/operated McAfee Recycling Inc., Portland, with her husband.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday at Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland, the Rev. Hugh Kelly presiding. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is noon until 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Jay County Cancer Society or the Shrine Crippled Children's hospital.
