Merlyn Ashbrook
Merlyn W. Ashbrook, 56, of Sidney, died at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 7, 2012, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
He was born April 25, 1956, in Troy, to Loyd and Lorain Rodewald Ashbrook, who are deceased.
Surviving are siblings, Karen (William) Cowan, Houston, Sherri (Allen) Hutton, Toledo, Jolene (Bill) Shortridge, Sidney, and Alan (Ellen) Ashbrook, Fort Loramie.
Services are 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. His body is being cremated; the family plans a private service at a later date.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to Wilson Hospice.
