HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, New Knoxville, Moulton, Buckland, Montezuma, Neptune, Kossuth, State Route 116 at State Route 197, and Bulkhead.

Alice Parnell
Alice J. Parnell, 77, Fort Myers, Fla., died Oct. 29, 2012, at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral, Fla.
She was born in Van Wert County on Dec. 21, 1934, to Luther and Gertrude Fackler Walls. On Jan. 31, 1953, she married Curtis E. Parnell, who died Nov. 8, 1985.
Surviving are three children, Shirlnan J. (Tuck) Thomason, Anderson, S.C., Robin (Jody) Payne, Fort Myers, Fla., and Curtis Wayne (Karen) Parnell II, Punta Gorda, Fla.; siblings, Lois Feasby, Convoy, Eleanor Feasby, New Haven, Ind., Lowell Gene (Jeanette) Walls, Mendon, Don (Arlene) Walls, New Philadelphia, Shirley Roediger, Celina, Gary (Sharon) Walls, Mendon, and Carolyn Sue John, Van Wert; a sister-in-law, Donna Walls, Celina; a brother-in-law, Wilbert Stoll, Zolfo Springs, Fla.; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two sons, Curtis Wayne Parnell and Mark Eli Parnell; two brothers, Dewane Walls, Celina, and David Walls, Spencerville; and a sister, Dorothy Stoll, Zolfo Springs, Fla.
She was a homemaker and traveled extensively as a military wife. She lived in Celina after her husband had retired from the U.S. Air Force and later moved to Fort Myers, Fla.
Funeral services were Oct. 30, 2012, at Hodges Funeral Home, Fort Myers, Fla. Burial followed at Lee Memorial Park.
