Celina's quarterback Braden Billger was named a Division II second team All-Ohio selection by the Associated Press on Monday afternoon. Billger completed 229-of-374 passes for 2,861 yards and 33 touchdowns this season. The Division V and VI All-Ohio selections will be announced on Wednesday evening and published in Thursday's sports section.
