* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Urban Diller
Urban J. Diller, 81, St. Anthony, died Dec. 22, 2012, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born Nov. 28, 1931, in St. Anthony, to Albert and Bernadine Homan Diller. On Nov. 15, 1958, he married Helen Keller, who survives in St. Anthony.
Also surviving are three sons, Roger (Janice) Diller, St. Anthony, Ken (Rachel) Diller, Virginia, and Charlie Diller, St. Henry; six siblings, Dennis (Carman) Diller, Coldwater, Donna (Howard) May, St. Henry, Ralph (Marjorie) Diller, Maria Stein, Mary (James) Westrich, Engelwood, Edna Shephard, Columbus, and Carol (Richard) Burkhardt, Florida; five in-laws, Mary Ann Diller, St. Anthony, Mildred (Carl) Dapore, Versailles, Dennis (Carol) Keller, North Carolina, Marvin (Alice) Keller, St. Henry, and Virgil (Joyce) Keller, Florida; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Deceased are a son, Kevin Diller, and a brother, Joseph Diller.
He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and its men's society. He was a farmer.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be given to the Neurological Center for Human Development, Burkettsville.
