* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Thomas O'Reilly
Thomas R. O'Reilly, 54, North Star, died at 3:50 p.m. Dec. 25, 2012, at his home after a four-year battle with ALS.
He was born July 19, 1958, in St. Marys to Leo and Norma Prenger O'Reilly, who survive in Minster. On Oct. 26, 2002, he married Joan Doenges, who survives.
Also surviving are his step-children, John (Kristi) Kaiser, Versailles, Jamie (James) McClurg, North Star, Stephanie (Jeff) Tuente, Osgood, Jared Kaiser, Centerville, and Dustin (Kelli) Kaiser, Grandview; siblings, Cathy (John) Hoying, North Carolina, Angie Niemeyer, Fort Wayne, Connie (Vince) Restivo, Dublin, Kevin (Kerri) O'Reilly, Troy; his mother in-law, Irene Doenges; in-laws, Deb (Marv) Mead, Troy, Ellen (Dan) Pleiman, Minster, and Dave (Sue) Doenges, Minster; and 11 grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Mary O'Reilly.
He graduated from Minster High School and was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star. He worked on the production staff at Honda.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Louis Catholic Church, North Star, the Rev. David Zink celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Louis Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Memorials may be given to ALS and State of the Heart Hospice.
