* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Thomas Knous
Thomas D. Knous, 71, St. Marys, died at 1:04 a.m. Dec. 27, 2012, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 15, 1941, in Coldwater, to John and Alethea Overly Knous. On May 13, 1961, he married Barbara Ann Arnold, who survives.
Also surviving are his two children, Thomas (Ruth) Knous, Jr., St. Marys, and Christine (Travis) Kuenning, St. Marys; two sisters, Naomi Krogman and Audrey Schlotterer, both of Celina; and four grandchildren.
Deceased are his two brothers, Robert and John Knous, and a sister, Norma Hoenie.
He graduated in 1959 from Coldwater High School. He played drums for the band "Roscoe and the Little Green Men." He later was inducted into the Minnesota Rock and Country Music Hall of Fame.
He owned and operated Carpetman Carpet Store, St. Marys, and worked many years as a bus driver for St. Marys City Schools. He was a member of the North American Fishing Club and the Roughrider Touchdown Club, and a charter member of the St. Marys Optimist Club.
Funeral rites are 10 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Revs. Jess King and David Brewer officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the St. Marys City Schools' Hooked on Fishing program.
