* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Dorothy Williams
Dorothy L. Williams, 87, Celina, died at 9:58 p.m. April 15, 2013, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born May 26, 1925, in New Bremen, to Arthur and Nudi Stienecker Barth. She married Charlton "Choppy" Williams, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Keith of St. Marys and Shelia Miller of Celina; nine grandchildren, Ronnie (Missy) Keith, Lori Severt, Pam Keith, Shelly Sweigart, Kim Pearsall, Eric (Kim) Williams, Terry Williams, Preston Keith and Greg (Marcey) Keith; three step-grandchildren, Cory, Cinze and Caley Yoder; 13 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Williams, and two brothers, Leonard Barth and William Barth.
She attended New Bremen High School, where she played French horn in the band. She was a homemaker, and had worked at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys for a number of years. She also attended St. Paul's United Church of Christ in New Bremen.
Her favorite pastimes included embroidery, sewing, solving crossword puzzles and doing yard work.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
