* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Chet Lore
Chet Lore, 54, St. Marys, died at 5:43 a.m. April 19, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born June 20, 1958, in Dayton, to Louis and Mary (Dupont) Lore. His mother survives in St. Marys. On June 30, 1979, on the shores of Grand Lake St. Marys, he married Sueann Adams, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Michele (Carl) Huber, Celina; three granddaughters, Karlee, Ashtyn and Brynly Huber; a brother, Nick Lore, St. Marys; and parents-in-law, Charles and Jeri Adams, Celina.
He was employed by the city of St. Marys as chief engineer of the power plant until its closing, and then became meter supervisor/inspector for the electrical department. He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie #767 and ABATE of Ohio (Region 3) motorcycle club. He was a classic car enthusiast and liked riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Above everything else, he treasured the time spent with his granddaughters.
Rites are scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel), St. Marys, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
