* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Billy Engle
Billy Vance Engle, 70, Coldwater, died April 27, 2013, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Nov. 21, 1942, in Kodak, Ky., to Benjamin and Marie Sumner Engle. On April 27, 1968, he married Dorothy Hill in Brewster, N.Y., and she survives in Coldwater.
He is also survived by two children, Denise Borger of Coldwater and Vance (Cassy) Engle of Acworth, Ga.; two grandchildren, Nate and Victoria Borger; brothers and sisters, Wayne (Carol) Engle of Standfordville, N.Y., Benjamin (Betty) Engle of Celina, James "Obbie" Engle of Musesmills, Ky., and Vaughn (Billie) Dru Engle of Celina; and a sister-in-law, Joan Engle of Celina.
He is preceded in death by a brother, Charles; sisters, Thelma Turner, Jewell Gerwells and Florene Dubbioso; and a sister–in-law, Jean Engle.
He worked at the former New Idea Plant in Coldwater and retired from Haulette Manufacturing in Celina. He also worked as a mechanic and restored Volkswagens.
Funeral Services are 6 p.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
