* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

A tornado packing an estimated wind speed of 75 mph briefly touched down west of River Trail Road near Rockford, blowing a portion of a roof and four garage doors off a large aluminum barn. Flying debris caused damage to surrounding structures.
