A band of snow showers will drop into the region from northern Indiana, and push through the region through the afternoon. Some snow showers could produce a quick light coating of snow on elevated surfaces and bridges. Visibility may also be briefly reduced to a half mile or even less. Northwest winds will also gust up to 30 MPH.
Lighter snowfall will continue into the evening behind the initial band of snow showers, with accumulations from a few tenths to isolated accumulations of up to an inch.
Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions.

Jerome Sutter
Jerome A. "Jerry" Sutter, 79, Celina, died June 18, 2013, at 4:15 p.m. at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born May 13, 1934, in Coldwater, to Albert and Rosina Buschor Sutter.
On Aug. 5, 1951, he married Patricia Tittle, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Glenn (Mick) Sutter, Randy (Nichole) Sutter and Kevin Sutter, all of Celina; a daughter, Shirley (Ron) Short, Celina; a brother, Joe (Bev) Sutter, Brookings, Ore.; five sisters, Delores Cosgrove, Wapakoneta; Teresa Gero, Syracus, New York; Pat (Hank) Beyke, Franklin, Tenn.; Mary Duwelling of California and Jeanette (Sylvan) Jutte, Fort Recovery; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Joseph Sutter; a daughter, Mary Sutter; and brothers, Herb, Albert, Cy and Ernie Sutter.
He was a retired employee of Goodyear, St. Marys, and was engaged in farming. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and member of Celina Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater. Military services will be conducted at the cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
