Constance "Connie" L. Arblaster, 60, New Bremen, died March 5, 2014, at 5:40 p.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
The family will host an open house gathering 1-6 p.m. Saturday at Believers Christian Fellowship Church, Lima.
