Firefighters serve soup

Osgood firefighter Eric Thobe, right, dishes up chicken noodle soup for fellow firefighter Brandon Rethman during the department's annual soup dinner Sunday at the Osgood American Legion Hall. Firefighters prepared 60 gallons of chicken noodle soup and 80 gallons of bean soup for the event, which is a tradition dating to the 1980s. Proceeds benefit the department.
