* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Colorful welcome to county

Greg Griswold of Celina paints the Mercer County flag on the water storage tank at the new Ferguson Enterprises building at state Route 29 and Harris Road on Thursday afternoon. Mercer County owns the tank required for fire protection and is paying for the artwork, according to county community development director Jared Ebbing. "We thought since we own the tank, let's make the best of it and use this to welcome people to Mercer County," he said.
