* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity can be especially hazardous as warm overnight temperatures will provide little relief. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Norbert Sutter
Norbert W. Sutter, 86, Celina, died at 4:46 p.m. Aug. 20, 2014, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born May 16, 1928, in St. Peter, to Clarence and Regina Leugers Sutter.
Surviving are Dru Sutter; two daughters, Debb (Ed) Springer and Ellen (Carey) Welker, all of Celina; three brothers, Carl (Judy) Sutter, John (Vicki) Sutter, and Leroy (Judy) Sutter; five sisters, Joan Williams, Madonna Sattler, Carolyn (Bob) Kaylor, and Jane (Roger) Eibling and Mary (Bryan) Dupes; grandchildren, Danielle and Ken Elking, Damien and Brandy Kroft, Codey (Alicia Zacharias) Welker, Dusty and Lindsay Kroft, Derik (Sara Felver) Kroft, Jerrod and Heather Sutter and Craig (Kylee Bader) Welker; 13 great-grandchildren, Chris and Brooke Elking, Clay, Cortland and Caliandra Elking, Zach, Chason and Makenzie Kroft, Hunter, Landen and Tanner Kroft, and Olivia and Kevin Sutter; and two great-great-grandchildren, Mahalie and Makinsley Elking.
Deceased are a son, Kevin Sutter; a granddaughter, Dawn Kroft; and a brother, Paul Sutter.
He was a retired truck driver and after retirement, he delivered newspapers for The Daily Standard, Wapakoneta Daily News and Lima News. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean War.
Services are 6 p.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. James Sweigart officiating. Private burial for family will follow.
Calling is noon-6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association.
