* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon EST Tuesday.

Wendell Lovell
Wendell L. Lovell, 75, passed away Sept. 29, 2014.
He was the son of Mollie and Leonard Lovell. He was married to Christine Lovell, who also is deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Pam (Dan) Sullivan and Sharon Lovell Petrey; four grandchildren, Michael (Katy) Brommeland, Josh Stephens, Ashley Sullivan and Logan Stephens; and a companion, Laura McMillian.
Also deceased is his stepfather, Verner Ballinger.
He was a loving father and grandfather and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was an avid fisherman and looked forward to days at the lake with his brother and sister-in-law, Ray and Jeannie Lovell. He also enjoyed playing poker and the slots. He was a 32nd degree Mason in Alpha Lodge 729 in Kettering, and a member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton.
His cremated remains will be scattered in his native Kentucky, at his request.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the charity of the donor's choice.
