* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

A truck travels along Fort Site Street in the village of Fort Recovery. Council members last month banned semitrailers from traveling or parking along the street. Officials are now discussing options for big rigs such as creating a bypass around the village.
