* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Lucille Westgerdes
Lucille A. Westgerdes, 95, St. Henry, died Jan. 12, 2015, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born April 18, 1919, in Coldwater, to Harry and Philomena Post Luken. On Oct. 21, 1939, she married Edward Westgerdes Jr., who died June 15, 1993.
Surviving are three children, Dan (Phyllis) Westgerdes, St. Henry, Carol (Duane) Puthoff, Celina, and Sharon (Ron) McBride, Dayton; eight grandchildren, Kimberly Obringer, Kevin West-gerdes, Lisa Lange, Cherie Williams, Shelly Ross, Tim Puthoff, Stephanie Barton and Jennifer McBride; a stepgrandson, Rick McBride; 19 great-grandchildren; three stepgreat-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Richard Luken, Coldwater; and in-laws, Rita Westgerdes, Coldwater, and Sister Elizabeth Westgerdes, Dayton.
Deceased are two brothers, Donald Luken and Paul Luken, and in-laws, Louise Luken, Robert (Norma) Westgerdes, John (Ginny) Westgerdes, Mary Ann (Bernie) Sampson, Vincent Westgerdes and Ray Westgerdes.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Sodality, and she worked at St. Henry schools cafeteria for 10 years. She was a graduate of Coldwater High School.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice or the Briarwood Activity Fund.
