* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Phyllis Joseph
Phyllis Jean Joseph, 60, Van Wert and formerly of Celina, passed away Jan. 13, 2015, at Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
She was born July 2, 1954, in Kenton, to Beacher and Minnie Dorn Whitaker, who are both deceased. On April 28, 1972, she married Larry Wayne Joseph, who died Feb. 20, 2007.
Surviving are a son, Bradley (Alyssa) Joseph, Rockford; three daughters, Michelle Gillette, St. Marys, Chasse (Mike) Layton, Jackson Center,and Crystal Joseph, Van Wert; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and four siblings, Red Whitaker, Earl Whitaker, Marie Coburn and Sandra Kay (Jack) Seals.
Also deceased are a son, Mickey Wayne Joseph; a grandson, Cody Gillette; a granddaughter, Madison Layton; and five siblings, Joe, "Sonny," Liz, "Nute" and Edith.
She had attended Indian Lake High School. She was a homemaker. Her favorite activity was spending time with her grandchildren.
Services are 5 p.m. Friday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, Pastor Rick Brosher officiating.
Calling is 3-5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
