* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Anita Andrew
Anita Marie Anderson Andrew, 76, Celina, passed away 10:25 p.m. Jan. 15, 2015, at the Celina Manor Nursing Home, Celina.
She was born on July 3, 1938, in West Alexandria, to Karl V. and Eva G. Roach Pickering. On Sept. 28, 1995, she married Thomas Charles Andrew, who died on March 22, 2009.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law Michael Harris, Celina, Mark Harris of Celina, Jim (Brenda) Harris, Spencerville; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna (Keith) Hibner, New Bremen, Vickie (Jeff) Younker, Chattanooga; step-son Craig W. Andrew, St. Marys, Christopher C. Andrew, Celina; step-daughter and son-in-law Dustee (Trevor) Rogers, Botkins; seven grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandsons; brother, Robert Pickering, Celina; sisters, Hazel Heinfeld, Findlay and Karlene Speicher, Wapakoneta; sisters-in-law, Evelyn Pickering, Troy, Tenn., and Jane Pickering, Celina.
Also deceased are two grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother Francis Pickering, Joe (Joan) Pickering, Ralph Pickering; brother-in-law, Robert Heinfeld.
She graduated from Celina High School in 1956. She was a life member and a past president of the Celina VFW Post 5713 Auxiliary.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday and 1:30-2:30 p.m on Tuesday at the funeral home.
