* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Parker Stone, 18, of New Knoxville learns how to take more interesting pictures from local photographer Wade Hawk during a class Saturday morning at Hawk's studio in Celina. Stone was among 12 students from around the area who were selected to take the class sponsored by the Lake Area Arts Group, The Ann Knapke Arts Fund and the Mercer County Civic Foundation.
