* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Marva Germann
Marva Lee (Felver) Germann, 81, 404 N. Perry St., St. Marys, died Thursday, April 2, 2015 at her residence, surrounded by her husband, children, grandchildren and faithful pet Gracie, following an extended illness.
She was born May 17, 1933 in Auglaize County to Ralph and Martha (Moser) Felver, Sr., who preceded her in death. On August 26, 1950 she married Howard Germann, who survives at the residence, her loving husband for nearly 65 years.
She is survived by 3 daughters and sons-in-law, Vickie (Dean) Fledderjohann, Kuna, Idaho; Carol (James) Axe, Jr., Canton, Ohio, Sandy (Craig) Moran, St. Marys, 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Ron (Anita) Germann, St. Marys, Jason (Betsie) Germann, Wapakoneta. 10 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, one brother, Ralph Felver, Jr. and his wife, her best friend, Sharon Rose Felver, Van Wert, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marva Lee was a homemaker, devoted wife, mother and babysitter, loved by many children who continued to visit and keep in touch with her to the present time. She enjoyed family gatherings, cooking for anyone who stopped by, and was especially fond of children, known for her kind and gentle way.
She was a member of the former First Presbyterian Church in St. Marys, Ohio.
The family will receive friends at Miller – Long & Folk Funeral Home (High Street Chapel) 314 W. High. St. in St. Marys on Monday, 2-4 & 6-8.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 am Tuesday, April 7, 2015 in the funeral home, Pastor Gary Bragg officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
