Snow showers associated with an arctic front are moving through this morning, providing a quick accumulation of snowfall. With wind gusts between 30 and 40 mph, the snow showers combined with blowing snow are reducing visibility and creating challenging travel conditions. These conditions are most impactful on roads that are more rural and are aligned from north to south. Even after the snow ends, elevated winds will continue to blow snow into the early afternoon.
Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Paul Bensman
Paul J. Bensman age 91 of Minster, Ohio died at 9:45 PM on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at his home.
He was born on March 11, 1924 in Minster, Ohio to the late Albert & Eleanor (Stueve) Bensman. He married Joan M. Boerger on October 7, 1950 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Ft. Loramie, Ohio. She survives in Minster.
He is also survived by children Mary Jo & Chuck Bensman, Minster & Michael & Ginny Bensman, Minster, grandchildren Ryan & Shawna Bensman, Megan Elliott, Alan & Angela Bensman, Mark & Heather Bensman & Doug Bensman, great grandchildren Cole, Conner, Dana, Lucy & Hannah, step great grandchildren Kaeleah & Nora, sister Martha Buschur & sister-in-law Dorothy Bensman.
He was preceded in death by sister & brother-in-law Bernadette & Elmer Hoying, brother Tom Bensman, sisters & brother-in-law Joan & Don Thieman, brother-in-law Robert Buschur, father & mother-in-law Paul & Bernadine Boerger & brother-in-law Carl Boerger.
He was a graduate of Minster High School class of 1942 and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster where he served on the finance and cemetery boards.
He was a retired dairy farmer and registered Holstein breeder, member of the Farm Bureau Council 39, life member and past president of the Minster Civic Association, Minster and Jackson Twp Zoning Boards, past District President of the Miami Valley Milk Producers Association, served 9 years on the Minster Farmers Coop board of directors and served 15 years on the board of JTDM Hospital.
Paul enjoyed family, farming, traveling and music.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 22, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2015 and from 9:00 to 9:30 AM on Friday, May 22, 2015.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Lake Hospice.
