Emergency responders help the drivers of two vehicles in an accident at the intersection of Meyer and Schunck roads about 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Driver Adam Gray, 29, 430 E. Anthony St., Celina, was taken by squad to Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, after suffering serious injuries, according to the Mercer County Sheriff's Office report. Both vehicles were disabled. Gray reportedly was traveling northbound on Meyer Road in a 2007 Chevrolet Impala when James Moyer, driving southbound in a mid-size vehicle, attempted a left turn onto Schunck Road. Moyer's vehicle allegedly crossed the center line and was struck by Gray's Impala, which traveled off the road into high water upon impact. No citations were listed on the report. Afternoon storms caused a portion of Schunck Road to flood and close about 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday due to high water.
