Terry Townsend
Terry L. Townsend, age 68, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 10:45 PM at his residence.
He was born on August 10, 1946 in Darke County, Ohio, to Marjorie (Beanblossom) Townsend of Greenville and the late Bill Townsend.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly (Grote) Townsend of Celina, Ohio, whom he married on January 24, 1971; sisters and brothers in law, Gail & John Smith of Arcanum, Ohio, and Christine & Paul Roska of Saint Cloud, Florida; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Terry enjoyed woodworking, yard work and reading his Bible. He was a member of the United States Air Force and retired from Fram after over 30 years of service.
There will be a service held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with David Barnette officiating. Burial will follow.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to the State of the Heart Hospice of Mercer County, Ohio.
