The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued an Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio, through midnight EDT tonight. Smoke from Canadian wildfires will adversely impact air quality. The Agency expects the Air Quality Index to be in the 'unhealthy for sensitive groups' range. Jimmie Richard
Jimmie Lee Richard, 75, formerly of Mercer County, died on Aug. 29, 2015, at the Rain Tree Residential Center, Mansfield.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Rockford, the Rev. Catherine Costello officiating.
A gathering in the church lounge will follow the committal service. W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, is handling arrangements.
