* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1218 AM EDT, radar indicated scattered thunderstorms developing which contain moderate to heavy rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area over the next hour or two. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Counties' officials unhappy with slow logjam removal

WAPAKONETA - Officials from Auglaize, Shelby and Allen counties may pursue legal action against a contractor if the Auglaize River log removal project is not completed by Oct. 15.
Rahrig Tree Co., of Forest, started the project in June 2013 and was originally scheduled to finish it in April 2014, Auglaize County Commissioner Doug Spencer said Tuesday. [More]
