Patricia L. Pottkotter, age 77, of Celina, Ohio, died on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at her home.

She was born February 21, 1938 in Ansonia, to the late Charles S. & Nellie R. (Davis) Hopper. On July 29, 1967 she married Ralph L. Pottkotter in Versailles and he survives in Celina.

She is also survived by five children, Sherry Benge of Ansonia, Rebecca (Roy) Chavez of San Antonio, Texas, Denise (Mark) Luna of Celina, Angela (Fred) Degen of Spencerville and John (Jan) Pottkotter of Ft. Loramie, ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren; siblings, Myrna Detling of Liberty Township, and Carol (James E.) Hart of Bradford and in laws Henry (Rita) Pottkotter of Coldwater, Lou Ann (Jerry) May of St. Henry, Mary (Mike) Barga of Versailles, Roger (Pat) Pottkotter of St. Henry, Donna (Mike) Subler of Versailles, Paul (Janet) Pottkotter of St. Henry and Cyril (Darlene) Pottkotter of Ft. Recovery.

She was also preceded in death by a grandchild and siblings, Onda Fae (Robert) Matthews, Robert (LaVonne) Hopper, and Ellen (Paul) Peters and an in-law, Dwight Detling.

She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma. She volunteered at the Celina Senior Citizens helping call bingo and also volunteered at the Coldwater American Legion.

She worked as a rural mail carrier for the US Postal Service.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.

Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater on Friday from 3 to 8 pm and on Saturday from 9 to 10 am.
