* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Pumping concrete

Concrete is pumped on Wednesday afternoon to the top of the new water tower in the industrial park east of Celina. The 1-million-gallon water tower should be completed in October 2016. The new tower will replace the aging Grand Lake Road tower, which serves all of Celina''s industrial and retail areas near Havemann Road as well as homes and other properties near state Route 703 to the Wright State University-Lake Campus in Jefferson Township.
