* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Three-vehicle crash

A Jeep sport utility vehicle rests on its side after a three-vehicle accident at the intersection of Main and Summit streets Friday afternoon in Celina. One person was taken out of the Jeep by medical emergency personnel, according to a witness. The Celina police and fire departments responded to the crash. A Celina police dispatcher could not confirm that anyone from the accident was taken by squad to an area hospital. A full report is pending from the Celina Police Department.
