* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Georgia Bertke
Georgia M. Bertke, 85, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died February 26, 2016, at her residence.
She was born November 25, 1930, in Decatur, IN, to the late George and Mary Jane (Titus) Hazelwood. She then married the late LeRoy Bertke, who died July 21, 1998.
Surviving are a mother-in-law, Leona Bertke of Fort Recovery; a daughter-in-law, Taew Glentzer of Fort Recovery; three grandchildren, Tom Glentzer, JoAnne Glentzer and Renee (Brad) Will; four great grandchildren; and in-laws, Jerry Bertke of Fort Recovery, Louis (Kathy) Bertke of Tremont, IL, Wally Bertke of Fort Recovery, Melvin (Karen) Bertke, Fort Recovery, Judith Homan of Fort Recovery and James Lee Maier of Celina, OH.
Also preceding her in death are two sons, David and William Glentzer; father-in-law, Walter Bertke; siblings, Joseph (Virginia) Hazelwood, Norma (Paul) Moore, Cleta Schaadt, and Helen (Carl) Pancake; and in-laws, Shirley Maier, Pat Bertke and Ernie Homan.
Georgia was the founder and lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 6515, Fort Recovery, Ohio. She was also the owner and operator of the former Bertke Tax Service, Fort Recovery, Ohio.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, are in charge of arrangements.
