* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into this evening. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Daniel Fagin
Daniel Joseph Fagin, age 81, of Celina, Ohio died unexpectedly in the early morning on February 17, 2016.
He was born on December 5, 1934 in Cincinnati OH to Harold and Helen (Goggin) Fagin. On February 15, 1958 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Milford, OH he married Alvina Jane Benzinger, who survives.
He is also survived by his son Bruce (Suzi Sutherland) Fagin, of Delaware, OH.; daughter Julie Ann (James Barry) Woodring of Newark, OH; grandchildren Jennifer, Jacob and Allyson, and great-grandson Nathan; his sisters, Nancy Fagin of Cincinnati OH, and Martha Fagin of Covington, KY.; numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Lorna Fay, sister Ruth Frederickson, and his brother Thomas Fagin.
He was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps. He worked for many years as an independent claims adjuster. He, along with his wife, owned and operated St. Marys Marina from 1985 to 1999.
He enjoyed boating and playing cards, especially the game of Gin, or Euchre with his grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
