* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize and Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 110 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

* Flash Flood Warning for... West Central Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Northeastern Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* Until 400 PM EDT.
* At 108 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Kettlersville, Montra, Mccartyville and Maplewood.

William Beckstedt
William J. "Bill" Beckstedt, 57, Celina, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016, at 7:10 pm, in the Celina Manor.
He was born November 10, 1958 to Ernest and Bertha (Hess) Beckstedt; both preceded him in death.
Other survivors include a brother, Robert (Duretta) Beckstedt, Celina; a brother-in-law, Pat Nash, Indianapolis, IN; and eight nieces and nephews, Kim (Doug) Sosko, Perrysburg, OH, Robb (Susan) Beckstedt, Upper Arlington, OH, Neal Beckstedt, New York, NY, David (Amy) Beckstedt, Worthington, OH, Mike (Melinda) Nash, Carmel, IN, Steve Nash, Indianapolis, IN, Julie (Mark) Stevenson, Fishers, IN, and Betsy (Mike) Leavitt, Greenwood, IN.
Also preceded in death by a sister, Carol Nash.
Bill attended school and worked in the workshop at Cheryl Ann Schools, Celina, OH. He enjoyed basketball, Special Olympics Bowling, and watching the Reds and Buckeyes.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Visitation hours will be from 4-8 pm on Thursday, April 28, 2016 and one hour prior to the service on Friday in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
Mass of Christian burial will begin at 10:30 am on Friday in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, with Fr. Kenneth Alt, C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Contributions can be made to Cheryl Ann Schools and/or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, endowment fund.
