Allen Sprague
Allen D. Sprague age 66 of Minster, Ohio passed away at 5:15 PM Sunday, July 24, 2016 at his home in Minster.
He was born on July 15, 1950 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Emery D. & Jessie M. (Hall) Sprague. He married Peggy (Griner) Mueller on October 30, 2006. She survives in Minster.
He is also survived by children, Valerie & Ryan Smith, Findlay, Chad & Denise Sprague, Bellbrook, step children, Erica & Craig Smith, Hilliard, Lee Mueller, Columbus, grandchildren, Olivia, Alexandria, Connor & Mason step grandchildren, Grayson & Emma Jane, brother-in-law Denny Gallant, Charleston SC, father-in-law Tom Griner & Jane Kaylor, in-laws Terry & Lisa Griner, Kathy & Bob Winner, Mike Griner all of Minster.
He was preceded in death by his sister Jacqueline.
Allen was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster. He was a former Boy Scout Leader of Troop 355 Ft. Loramie and a retired engineer for Crown.
He loved outdoor activities such as skiing, boating and biking and spending time with his family and as we all know Allen, "Life is Good".
Following Allen's wishes he was cremated and a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 29, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Rev. Rick Nieberding celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-Minster on Friday, July 29, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Memorials may be made to The Cancer Care Center at Upper Valley Medical Center.
