* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Kathleen Heuing
Kathleen Heuing age 82 of Russia, OH passed away July 29, 2016 at The Heritage Center, Minster, Ohio.
She was born in Russia, Ohio on November 25, 1933 to the late Clarence & Anna (Dapore) Monnin. She married Melvin "Bud" Heuing on November 12, 1955 at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia. He preceded her in death on July 1, 2000.
She is survived by children Susan & Roger Bertke, Ft. Loramie, David & Julie Heuing Russia, Steve Heuing, Russia, Gery & Carrie Heuing, Russia, Teresa & Rick Barhorst, Ft. Loramie, James & Heidi Heuing, Russia, 17 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren, sister Norma & Ronald Bensman, Minster, Linus & Rita Monnin, Russia, sister-in-law Doris Monnin, Versailles, Bill Mann, Fl. Sister-in-law Margie Fleck, St. Sebastian, Harold Borgerding, St. Henry.
She was preceded in death by grandson Anthony Bertke, sisters, Sister Evelyn Monnin, C.PPS., Elizabeth Mann, brother Carl Monnin, in-laws, Mary Ann & Jack Leopard, Alice & Bob Leopard, Dorothy & Carl Tobe, Edna & Gene Koester, Ida & Jerry Boeckman, Norma & Myron Huber, Jeanne Borgerding, Lester Fleck.
She was a member of St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia, and the church choir. She graduated from Russia High School.
She loved cooking for everyone and volunteered as a cafeteria soup lady, Russia Fire Department Chicken Fry and Russia CWV Chicken Fryers. She loved her family and grandkids and helping anyone that needed it.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia with Rev. Martin Fox celebrant. Burial will take place in St. Remy Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 and from 9:00 to 10:00 AM on Wednesday.
