* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

James Fortman
James L. Fortman, 81, of St. Marys, OH died 10:20 a.m. Sunday July 31, 2016 at Otterbein-St. Marys.
He was born November 16, 1934 in St. Marys, OH to Franklin and Lena (Kohlreiser) Fortman. On October 1, 1960 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys, OH he married Judith Y. Walker, who died November 6, 2015.
Survivors include: daughter Julie (Dave) Koch of Las Vegas, NV; daughter Joni (Pat) McEvoy of Celina, OH; daughter Angie (Gary) Hoyng of Celina, OH; 7 grandchildren: Casey Webster, Mike McEvoy, Angelo Macias (deceased), Cole Flaute, Ross Flaute, Kyle Flaute, Tyler Koch; 5 great-granddaughters; brother Tom (Nancy) Fortman of St. Marys, OH; sister Carol (Bryce) Chivington of St. Marys, OH; brother Don (Bev) Fortman of St. Marys, OH.
He was preceded in death by: Franklin and Lena Fortman; wife Judy Fortman, son-in-law Dan Flaute.
He was a graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He was a retired production employee from the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys.
He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Eagles Lodge Aerie #767, both in St. Marys. His favorite pastimes included camping, hunting, fishing, playing poker and selling items on Ebay.
Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 6, 2016 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with the Rev. Barry Stechschulte, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Visitation 9:15-10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.
