* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Fun outing at the lake

The Lake Improvement Association hosted its annual kids fishing derby Wednesday morning at the east bank pond at Grand Lake St. Marys State Park. The annual event welcomes developmentally disabled children from area schools. Volunteers help with baiting hooks and removing fish and serving hot dogs, refreshments and treats.
