* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 105 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity can be especially hazardous as warm overnight temperatures will provide little relief. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Getting St. Joe ready

Volunteers Friday afternoon discuss setting up the St. Joe Homecoming Festival on the grounds of St. Joe Catholic Church. The festival will begin Saturday with an outdoor Mass at 5 p.m. and will include chili, BBQ chicken, games and prizes, topped off by a $1,000 cash prize.
