* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elmer Colson, Celina, gets out of a van at the Mercer County Senior Center recently. The Mercer County Council on Aging offers many services to local seniors, including transportation, all free of charge. "There are no costs involved. We do ask for a donation if that's something that people can give, but we will not turn anyone away," executive director Sharon Green said.
