CELINA - A group of animal-loving citizens has vowed to raise funds to help build a new transitional shelter to hold lost or stray dogs found by the Celina Police Department that are awaiting pickup by the county dog warden.
Celina plated seven runs in the first inning and was leading St. Marys 8-3 when lightning and later rain halted the teams' Western Buckeye League softball battle at Varsity Diamond/ Jim Hoess Field on Friday.
