The combination of a moist airmass and calm winds is resulting in patchy dense fog this morning, especially across rural areas and valleys. Rapidly changing visibilities will be possible through the early morning hours before the fog lifts shortly after daybreak.
If you are driving and encounter fog, use your low beam headlights and leave extra space between vehicles.

Ruth Kettler
Ruth E. Kettler age 97 formerly of New Knoxville, OH., died on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 4:10 P.M. at the Otterbein Retirement Community of St. Marys.
She was born on November 25, 1919. She was the daughter of the Ben and Hilda (Stork) Henkener. In 1946, she married Richard F. Kettler who died on June 11, 1973.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Wayne and Karen Kettler of Coldwater, OH., grandchildren Nicole Kettler Kunz of New Richmond, OH. and Cory (Angie) Kettler of Springfield, OH., and great grandchildren, Jade Kunz, Logan Kunz, Cameron Kettler and Courtney Kettler.
Preceding her in death were her parents and her brother Kermit Henkener.
Mrs. Kettler was a Lifetime Member of the First Church in New Knoxville. She was a graduate of New Knoxville High School. She was a member of the New Knoxville American Legion Post 444 Auxiliary, was a homemaker and had worked in the Outpatient Office of Joint Twp. Dist. Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She enjoyed traveling to Germany, meeting and speaking with the Plat Deutsch group, playing cards with friends and spending time with her family.
Funeral Services to honor her life will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the First Church of New Knoxville, with Pastor Joel Bucklin officiating. Interment will follow in the Pilger Ruhe Cemetery near New Knoxville.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the services at the church on Tuesday.
Memorial contributions in memory of Ruth can be made to the Radio Fund of First Church.
