* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Arthur Bergman
Arthur H. Bergman age 87 of Maplewood, died at 10:11 AM on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.
Art was born March 16, 1930 in Maria Stein, Ohio to the late August and Emma (Brandewie) Bergman. Art is survived by his wife of 65 years, Bridget Ann (Baltes) Bergman whom he married September 29, 1951.
He is also survived by his children Marilyn (Pat) Tebbe, Anna, Steve Bergman, St. Marys, Stan Bergman, St. Marys, Sharon (Rick) Kramer, Kettering, Ken Bergman, Claypool, IN, Mitch (Terri) Bergman, Houston, OH, Becky (Jim) Schilling, Troy, 19 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, sister Evelyn (Bergman) Kunkler, New Weston, in-laws Wilma Wynk, Coldwater, Barb Winner Osgood, Patricia (Baltes) & Norman Magoto Dayton, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Art was also preceded in death by his daughter Cynthia Bergman, his brothers Herbert, Lester and Virgil Bergman, sister Vereena (Bergman) Grilliot, Step-Mother Ann Bergman, in-laws Velma Bergman, Fred Kunkler, Vitales Grilliot, Lester Wynk, Gene Winner, Paul & Esther Baltes, Mary (Baltes) & James Trentman, Peter & Rose Baltes, Rose Baltes, Margaret Jane (Baltes) & Bill O'Bryan and William & Rita Baltes.
Art was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired farmer and truck driver. He was a life time member of the American Legion 3228 in Osgood, Ohio and Knights of Columbus and Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in McCartyville, Ohio. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, McCartyville, Ohio with Rev. Stephen Mondiek Celebrant. Burial will follow with full military honors in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Sacred Heart Church from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, July 18, and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 17.
Memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Church and the Perry Port Rescue Squad.
