* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

Helen Hunsaker
Helen "Sis" Hunsaker, 81, formerly of Celina, OH died 12:30 a.m. Saturday February 24, 2018 at Otterbein-St. Marys.
She was born February 17, 1937 in Noble Twp.-Auglaize Co., OH to Fred and Ruth (Johns) Bowers. On July 2, 1952 she married H. Eugene Hunsaker, who died July 26, 2012.
Survivors include: son Greg Hunsaker of Van Wert, OH; daughter Peggy (Gilbert) Cotrell of St. Marys, OH; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother John (Jill) Bowers of St. Marys, OH; brother Myron "Mike" (Sandy) Bowers of St. Marys, OH; sister Linda Bowers of Miamisburg, OH; sister-in-law Esther Moser of Lima, OH; sister-in-law Helen (Kenny) Eckhart of St. Marys, OH; sister-in-law Wanda Miller of New Bremen, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Fred and Ruth Bowers; husband H. Eugene Hunsaker; daughter Ruth Ann Hunsaker; son Steven Wayne Hunsaker.
She attended Noble Twp. and St. Marys City Schools. A nurses' aide, she worked many years at the St. Marys Nursing Home and JTDM Hospital. She had also worked as a press operator for the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
Her favorite pastimes included traveling, camping, tending her flowers and making ceramic and wood crafts.
She truly loved her husband, Gene, and provided excellent care for him in his later years. She offered support to family and friends throughout her life. Her presence will be sorely missed by those fortunate enough to have known her.
Rites are scheduled to begin 2 p.m. Tuesday February 27, 2018 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Visitation one hour prior to the services on Tuesday.
