* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Donna Hornberger
Donna C. Hornberger, age 71, of Celina, passed away at 6:15 P.M., Monday, April 9, 2018, at her residence.
She was born June 11, 1946 in Cincinnati, to the late Robert & Margaret (Wogenstal) Clements. Donna married Donald "Keith" Hornberger November 11, 1978, and he preceded her in death on November 22, 2005.
She is survived by four brothers & sisters: James Clements of St. Marys, Ronald (Mary) Clements of St. Henry, Betty Schueler of Cincinnati and Vickie (Oscar) Haynes of Celina, a step-daughter, Mindy (Rick) Reilmann of Sunman, IN, and four step-grandchildren.
Donna was preceded in death by five brothers & sisters: Tommy and Donny Clements, Jeanne Dailey, Wanda Wahoff and Iona Palmer.
While living in Indiana, Donna was a dispatcher for Baylor Trucking in Sunman, and been a home healthcare worker. In the 1970s, she had worked at Mersman Furniture in Celina.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, April 14, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Tom Bolton officiating. There will be Calling Hours prior to services on Saturday, from 1:00-3:00 P.M. Burial will take place at a later date at Saint Pius Cemetery in Ripley County, Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Care.
